I’m a ‘Spa Girl’ and a wellness enthusiast. Self-care in the form of mind, body and spirit wellness has always been a priority in my life and I unapologetically take the time to pamper myself through rituals that nurture and preserve the temple that is my inner and outer body.

Unwind Distributors, a manifestation of this lifestyle was birthed from a marriage between my passion for business and my purpose to help others. I feel blessed to have found a way to ‘do good’ by promoting the life-changing benefits of a wellness lifestyle, knowing full well the tremendous advantages that it will bring to our clients, their villages and their tribes.
